Young 5's Outdoor Classroom
Young 5's Outdoor Classroom
Our Young Five program puts an early childhood focus at the center of all we do. Our days revolve around what the children are interested in learning about, plus we meet all of our educational standards in a hands-on way.
Mrs. Dault's class is outside around 50% of their day and Mrs. Debri's class is outdoors around 80% of their day. The Cedar Springs Education Foundation has helped us get to this point by granting us funds to purchase extra boots/mittens for winter. We also have rain boots and ponchos for all the children.
There's no such thing as bad weather, if you are dressed properly!
Before and After School Programs
Before and After School Programs
Campus Kids is a state-licensed child care service at Cedar Springs Public Schools (CSPS). We offer both before and after-school care for children pre-school-aged thru 5th grade. We also offer full-day summer camps.
Campus Kids is here to provide quality care for our students within CSPS. Our program provides exposure to new experiences and new activities. We strive to enhance children’s physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development. Campus Kids recognizes that children need the time and opportunity to relax, play, and make choices in a semi-structured setting before and after school – that is what we provide.
